TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – CPT
Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for sales? Do you have the drive to excel in a fast-paced sales environment? Then this job is for you! We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as Technical Sales Representative.
Main Job objectives:
To grow and maintain the customer base to achieve targets set and provide great service to our customers based on technical competence and a passion for excellence.
Ideal competencies, skills & knowledge:
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Understanding customer requirements to ensure suitable solutions are proposed
- Attention to detail
- Self-driven & energetic
- Good negotiation & computer skills
- Organized and structured with good time management
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills having the ability to converse and interact at all levels
- Minimum 3 years sales experience preferably in the road transport industry or with high value capital assets
The key responsibilities include:
- Solution selling of truck bodies & trailers
- Service existing customers and grow existing customer base (large fleet owners; truck dealers)
- Preparation of quotations and costings
- Preparation of weight distributions using Transolve software
- Preparation of Job sheets & specification sheets for new orders
- Handling of communication & progress reports for new orders
- Professional handover of new vehicles
- Provide solutions & technical support to customers
- Handling & resolving of customer complaints
- Plan and conduct visits to outlying areas from time to time
- Prepare a weekly call plan of activities planned to maximize sales effectiveness
- Prepare status reports including sales calls & progress reports on activities

REPAIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Are you energetic and passionate about precision and accuracy? Do you possess a keen eye for detail and are you comfortable technically? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re currently seeking a Repair Sales Representative to join our team.
Main Job objectives:
To grow and maintain the customer base to achieve targets set and provide great service to our customers based on technical competence and a passion for excellence.
Ideal competencies, skills & knowledge:
- Attention to detail with technical background
- Self-driven & energetic
- Proficient computer skills (excel; word)
- Organized and structured with good time management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 3 to 5 years sales experience preferably in the road transport industry or with capital equipment
The key responsibilities include:
- Assessment of repairs to truck bodies & trailers to do accurate estimates and costings
- Preparation of quotations and costings considering materials & labour requirements
- Preparation of Job sheets & specification sheets for repair jobs
- Handling of communication & progress reports for repair jobs
- Prepare a weekly call plan of activities to maximize sales effectiveness
A market related package including basic salary, commission and car allowance and provident fund is available
